1. General Policy

Jobnite.com provides an online platform for employers to post job vacancies and for job seekers to apply to those vacancies. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Refund Policy

a. Non-Refundable Services

All job posting, resume database access, and subscription plans purchased on Jobnite.com are non-refundable once the service is activated or access is granted.

Refunds will not be issued for unused subscription periods, partially used job postings, or in cases where the employer did not receive the expected number or quality of applicants.

b. Exceptions for Refunds
Refunds will be considered only in the following cases:

Duplicate payment made due to a technical error.

Service not delivered within the promised time frame due to a fault on our end.

c. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

Jobnite.com reserves the right to deduct applicable processing fees.

3. Cancellation Policy

a. Subscription Cancellation

Employers may cancel a subscription at any time, but cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No pro-rata refunds are provided.

b. Job Posting Cancellation

Once a job posting is published, it cannot be cancelled or removed in exchange for a refund.

Employers may choose to hide or unpublish a job post, but no refund will be issued for the remaining period.

4. Job Posting Guidelines

a. Posting Requirements

Job postings must be genuine and must not contain misleading information.

Employers must comply with applicable labor laws and hiring regulations.

Job postings related to illegal activities, discriminatory practices, multi-level marketing schemes, or adult content are strictly prohibited.

b. Content Moderation

Jobnite.com reserves the right to review, edit, or reject any job posting that violates our terms or is deemed inappropriate without any refund.

5. Modification of Policy

Jobnite.com reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Refund, Cancellation & Posting Policy at any time without prior notice. Users are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
